To address the widespread surface damage from the failed resin, we applied a professional UV-stable stone repair compound. We advised the homeowners that although this product would not outlast the stone itself, it has proven to be a long-term solution in every known application.

We filled the chip with epoxy tinted to blend with the surrounding stone. Our honing and polishing process restored the finish so that the repair site blended very closely with the existing finish.
